So you can imagine that taking care of my contact lenses became low on my priority list. When my baby was just a week or two old a friend came to visit and noticed that I was wearing glasses. “What’s going on?” she asked. “I didn’t know you wear glasses? Did having a baby give you bad eyesight?”

So I explained that I always wore contacts, but with the new baby around I just don’t have the time to even think about putting them in and taking them out. And I wake up at night and need to wear my glasses anyway to find my way to my baby when he cries. So that’s when my friend suggested trying this great new product Air Optix Night and Day Aqua. She told me you can wear them for a whole month without removing them, even at night. So I ordered a box to try them, and I was blown away! No matter what time of day or night, when I wake up I can see clearly. I feel more like a human being than I’ve felt in a long while. Air Optix Night and Day were really a great solution for me, and I am really happy I discovered them.

The last time I wore contact lenses was about 15 years ago. I stopped mostly because my eyes became very dry and itchy when I wore them, and nothing I did helped. So I quit and just forgot about the comfort and better vision I had from my contacts, and began wearing my glasses all the time. Until recently when one of my children asked me, “Mom, why don’t you go back to wearing contacts like you used to?” I told her that now not only do I have the dry eye problem, but I also need bifocals. My daughter told me to just go online and see the amazing selection of contact lenses for just about every need. So I went to my optometrist and got my eye prescription, and ordered the Acuvue Bifocal contacts.

Putting those lenses into my eyes was quite an amazing experience. Not only could I see close up and far, but I didn’t have any problems with dryness. The entire day goes by and I completely forget they are even in my eyes. And I love the fact that I frequently put on brand new lenses, so I don’t have to worry about protein build-up and sterilization procedures like I did 15 years ago. I am so happy with the Acuvue Bifocals my only regret is that I didn’t discover them sooner.

I just received my O2 Optix contact lenses and I am thrilled with the comfort and convenience. Besides the fact that my vision is so much better with contacts than with my glasses, I love being able to wake in the morning and see everything immediately, or taking a shower and seeing the world around me. And extended wear contacts means I can just throw them away when I am finished with them after a week, and pop in a new, fresh and clean pair, without all the fuss of cleaning them. And one more point about convenience. This was the first time I ordered my lenses on-line, and it was amazingly easy. And I found the prices very competitive, if not better, than at my pharmacy, or through my optician. All I can say is that I am really satisfied, not only with the O2 Optix, but with the on-line purchase experience.

Due to differences in materials and individual differences in eye moisture shape and prescription, lifestyle, occupation and other factors, it is important to choose the right lenses for the right eyes.

The most important things to be aware of when choosing your lenses is to make sure you pick the lenses that correct your eye’s vision problem. It is crucial that you c carefully choose the correct prescription. The next characteristic to look for is that the lenses fit correctly on your cornea. This means that lenses come in what appears to be an almost endless combination of sizes, shapes and strengths. In addition you need to evaluate if your eyes have a tendency towards dryness, if you want to alter the color of your eyes, and if you would like to wear the lenses while sleeping.
